Our Story
At Windfall + Cambio, sustainability isn’t an add-on; it’s who we are.
Our story began in Washington State after a 1996 Pacific Northwest ice storm, when we started turning fallen timber into lumber. That moment sparked our commitment to sustainability, craftsmanship, and smart design. For over 28 years, Windfall Architectural Products has been creating durable, design-forward solutions using salvaged, reclaimed, and responsibly sourced materials. Today, our products-cladding, wall panels, stair treads, tables, and countertops-bring warmth and purpose to hospitality, multi-family, corporate, healthcare, and educational interiors across North America.
The Cambio Wall System takes that commitment further. Developed in response to the waste we saw in traditional wall installations and renovations, Cambio is our magnetic, flexible, and fully circular panel system for walls and ceilings. Crafted for easy installation, reusability, and material efficiency, Cambio reduces operational costs while offering endless design flexibility.
But Cambio is more than just a wall system. It’s built on the values of connectivity, collaboration, and responsibility. Inspired by early lessons in making something meaningful out of what you have—like my grandmother Lillian’s pickled watermelon rinds or handmade snowflake decorations—Cambio embraces the idea that thoughtful use of materials can bring beauty and joy.
At our core, we’re about people - our team, our customers, and our community. Through innovation and circular design, we aim to connect designers and makers around the world to a system that celebrates craft, reduces waste, and helps shape a more sustainable future.
